Refund policy

If there is an issue with the item you received we will work with you on an individual basis to remedy the situation. We accept returns within 14 calendar days of when the item was delivered, only if the item is undamaged and unused. We do not charge a restocking fee, but the purchaser is responsible for costs associated with return shipping. Once the item is back in our possession we will provide you with a full refund.
